OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS

Payment terms in our shopping cart are via Credit Card or your PayPal Account.

EXISTING OPEN ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:

As a courtesy, we offer 30 day net terms to existing fire departments, ambulance corps, municipalities, governmental agencies and commercial accounts in good standing.  Late payments shall be subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge.

TO APPLY FOR AN OPEN ACCOUNT:

IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, YOU MAY NOT APPLY FOR AN OPEN ACCOUNT.
All individual purchases must be prepaid by credit card, your PayPal account, money order, or check.  You can place your order and pay via credit card or your PayPal account through our online shopping cart.  If you wish to pay by personal check, money order or cashiers check, you must download the printable Order Form and mail your order along with your check or money order to us at the address above.

Please note that paying with personal check will delay the processing of your order for up to ten business days after we deposit your check into our bank account.  We will ship your order after your check has cleared.  There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.  We thank you in advance for your patience if you pay by personal check.

FOR FIRE DEPARTMENTS, AMBULANCE CORPS, MUNICIPALITIES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS: 

1.  Download the Credit Application Form.  This is an interactive fill-in PDF file.
     You will need Adobe Reader to view the form.  If needed, you may download a free copy of
     Adobe Reader here.  Print the form, and fax to 315-699-8895 or mail to us at the address above.
2.  Fill out all information.  Be sure to include a phone number and authorized contact name.
     If you are filling out the form by hand, please print clearly.
4.  We will contact you after reviewing the Application.  If approved you will be assigned an Account
     Number which may then be used for future Open Account purchases as well.

**IMPORTANT**  If your organization is located in New York State and is Tax Exempt, you must also complete and submit the
Tax Exemption Form and Fax or mail with your Application.
