All returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of
your original purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required for
ALL returned purchases.

hand, printing clearly, or type information on the form. You can

Send a copy of the
form to us either as an email attachment to
info@jeromefire.com, fax to
315-699-8895 or mail to the address on the form. Upon receiving your
form we will contact you with a Return Authorization Number. Put this
number in the space provided on your copy of the form.
You must include the Request for
Return/Credit/Exchange Authorization Form,
and a copy of the original invoice. Place these along with the item in the original packaging, then place in a
second box to prevent damage. Make sure to include your name, address,
Return Authorization Number and original order number (if applicable) along
with a daytime phone number so that your return can be processed.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure products
you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items
during the return shipment.
Returned item(s) must be in unused condition and in its original
packaging. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
If your product is not found in its original condition, the item will be
shipped back to you at your expense.
All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved,
customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be
returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to our error.
If you return a product for a size or style exchange, you are responsible
for the return and exchange shipping fees.
Many products sold by Jerome Fire Equipment have manufacturer's
warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures'
warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to coordinate the repair
or return on any such item. You may also contact Jerome Fire for
assistance as well.
We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were
charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is
related to our error. After your merchandise is returned and examined
you will receive a full refund for the product. If you made your purchase
with a credit card, credit will be applied to that card. If you paid
with a check or money order, your reimbursement check will be issued within
15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
RETURN ORDERS may be subject to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
All requests for returns MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF
MERCHANDISE. Absolutely
NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED THAT IS NOT NEW AND UNUSED.
