ACCEPTANCE:
Jerome Fire Equipment, Co., Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any
and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made.
SALE TERMS:
Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Clay, Onondaga
County, New York. All sales are subject to the laws of the state of New
York, and the United States Government and other relevant laws. Any and all
disputes shall be governed by New York law and resolved in the courts of
Onondaga County, New York. No change, modification or
revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by Jerome
Fire Equipment Co., Inc. Any terms and conditions set in the buyer's
purchase order shall not alter terms and conditions set forth herein.
PRICES:
Prices listed on this site are
current, but prices may change without notice. We also reserve the right to
make corrections in the event of a misprint.
SALES TAX:
The sales tax that may need to be applied to your purchase is determined according to state and
local laws and regulations. Because the physical location of our
business is in New York state, we are required to collect sales tax from our
online customers located in New York state, when applicable to a purchase. The
current New York State Sales Tax is 8%.
For our tax exempt customers, New York state laws require us to have your signed tax
exemption or resale certificate on file at our offices. We are required to
charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All individual purchases must be prepaid by credit card,
your PayPal account, money order, or
check. You can place your order and pay via credit card
or your PayPal account through our on-line shopping cart. If you wish to pay by personal
check, money order or cashiers check, you must download the printable Order
Form and mail your order along with your check or money order.
Please note that paying with personal check will delay the processing of
your order for up to ten business days after we deposit your check into our
bank account. We will ship your order after your check has cleared.
There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS:
As a courtesy, we offer 30 day net terms to fire departments, ambulance corps, municipalities,
governmental agencies and commercial accounts
in good standing. Late payments shall be subject to 1.5% monthly finance
